Return Policy

Unless Hemp Cloudz has made a mistake with your order, there are no returns or exchanges. 

Damaged merchandise must be reported to Hemp Cloudz immediately upon receipt of shipment. In order to expedite a damage claim with the shipping company, please document any shipping damage with detailed photographs showing the damaged shipping box, packing materials, and damaged products. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exceptions to the above are made solely at the discretion of Hemp Cloudz.
